The Luria-Nebraska Neuropsychological Battery

The Luria-Nebraska Neuropsychological Battery (LNNB) is a standardized battery of neuropsychological tests designed to provide information useful in the diagnosis and treatment of brain damage or dysfunction. It consists of 269 separately administered and scored items which were selected empirically on the basis of their sensitivity to behavioral impairment resulting from brain damage. These items permit a broad range assessment of many major areas including motor, perceptual (auditory, tactile, visual), language (receptive speech, expressive speech), academic (reading recognition, spelling, writing, arithmetic), memory, and intellectual functioning.
